Maintenance timing varies by method, hair growth and home care. Tape-ins and wefts are commonly maintained around 6–8 weeks, I-tips around 8–10 weeks, and K-tip/fusion extensions may last longer before replacement or maintenance is needed.

Extension color services are separate from installation and may be recommended when the extension hair needs additional toning, depth or blending to match the finished look.
